I have been directing theatre since 2009. Always suiting a piece of theatre to it's need. My directorial interests are ever evolving, though frequently asking: How do we integrate the abstract with the concrete; where do the avant-garde and the conventional meet?

Be it personal tuition, group sessions, or ensemble training, I love to share what I've learned and see others grow. I have run workshops for SMADD camps, MARACCAS' Maida Lilley Outreach Program (with Brisbane's at-risk community), and even aided a burlesque fight scene.

The reason for the versatility I bring is my belief that a piece should suit purpose, and that there are as many approaches to acting as there are practitioners — the trick is finding what works for the individual; leading the student in discovering their own personal approach.
